Issued: 2026-10-10

Applies only to the Pip (pip-fox), Maya (maya-maker), and Lumi (lumi-sprite)
v1.0 character sheets distributed with this license. It does not apply to
the robot study, website code, Skill instructions, or unrelated assets.

1. Permission
To the extent the publisher holds rights in these assets, aicastshare grants
you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use and modify
them for personal and commercial creative projects. Permitted projects
include short videos, films, illustrations, educational content, advertising,
and games. You may crop, recolor, adapt, animate, and use the sheets as visual
references in creative tools. You may publish and distribute the resulting
finished creative projects, including commercial projects.

2. Attribution is required
Credit aicastshare in a reasonably visible place associated with the project,
such as its video description, end credits, game credits, or project page.
Suggested credit: "Character asset by aicastshare."
You may include the character name, for example:
"Pip — character asset by aicastshare."
The attribution requirement also applies when you modify the assets.

3. No standalone resale or redistribution
Do not sell, sublicense, upload, share, or redistribute the original asset
files, character sheets, or asset packs as standalone assets, whether free
or paid. Do not repackage modified versions as reusable standalone assets
or asset packs. Including the assets as part of your finished creative
project is allowed under section 1; offering them separately for extraction
or reuse as an asset library is not.

4. Scope and provenance
These are AI-generated, flattened 2D PNG reference sheets. No exclusive
ownership, trademark rights, copyright registrability, or uniqueness is
promised. No 3D model, animation rig, transparent cutout, or editable layered
source is included. The permission covers only rights held by the publisher
and does not grant third-party rights. The files are provided as is.

The Chinese edition is provided as a companion translation of the same
terms. Retain a copy of this license with your downloaded pack.
